  3. Added - The ability to insert messages.  This is an excellent to notify users
  4.         as to why their security level has been change, and how they can
  5.         remedy it.

  7. Enhanced - Previous versions would only update to the correct ratio in one
  8.            direction (Probably doesn't make sense, but bare with me).  I've
  9.            modified the code so that ratios work in both directions for proper
  10.            security levels.
